🎄 Christmas Day: Closed ❌
🎁 Boxing Day: Closed ❌

✨ Saturday 27th: 9am – 3pm (Normal hours)
🕘 Monday 29th & Tuesday 30th: 9am – 7pm (Normal hours)

✨ New Year’s Eve (Wed 31st): 9am – 3pm (Saturday hours)
🎉 New Year’s Day: Closed ❌

🕘 Normal hours resume from Friday 2nd January

Hi everyone! I’m back from my holiday and Ultimate Tan is open again, resuming normal opening hours.

Yesterday was my first day back and I spent it cleaning, and freshening up the studio— which is why I’m posting today to give you all updates! I’m also giving the studio a full tidy and deep clean now that I’m back to keep it spotless and welcoming for you all 💛☀️

It’s been lovely seeing some of you already — can’t wait to see more of you very soon! 😊❤️

‼️🌴 IMPORTANT NOTICE 🌴‼️
Hey everyone! Just a little heads-up — I’ll be going away on holiday soon on Monday 10th November for 3 weeks which means there’ll be a temporary change to our opening hours during the 3 weeks that I’m away. ✈️

🕘 Monday 10th November:
I’ll be opening the shop from 9am - 3pm (closing a little earlier so I can get ready to set off!)

🕠 From Tuesday 11th November – Tuesday 2nd December:
Opening hours: Monday - Friday, 4:30pm - 7pm

✨ Please note: This is a temporary change from our usual Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm hours.

While I’m away, someone will be covering for me, so the shop will still be open and running as normal during the times above — and you’ll be well looked after! 💛

Normal opening hours will resume on Wednesday 3rd December, when I’m back from my holiday 😊🌴

Ever since I first opened Ultimate Tan, one of the questions I’ve been asked the most is…

“Laura, What’s the difference between an Accelerator and a Bronzer?”

Here’s the simple breakdown:

✨ Accelerator ➡️ A tanning lotion that speeds up your natural tanning process by boosting your skin’s melanin production. It doesn’t add colour itself — instead, it helps you build a gradual, even glow that works for all skin types, whether you’re starting light or already have a deeper tone.

🏝 Bronzer ➡️ Works like an accelerator plus adds colour. Some bronzers use cosmetic pigments and DHA (a bronzing ingredient that develops your colour after your session, like in Pro Tan Instantly Black) for an immediate boost, while others use natural ingredients, such as caramel (like in Pro Tan Incredibly Black), to give a holiday-ready look while your natural tan develops underneath.

💧 Cosmetic and natural pigments wash off during your next shower, while DHA bronzers continue to develop after your session and can last several days, gradually fading as your skin naturally renews.

Whether you love building your tan gradually or want instant colour, there’s a lotion here that’s just right for you. 💛

Tomorrow (Friday 18th July) I’ll be closing an hour earlier, so I’ll be open from 9am – 6pm instead of 9am – 7pm.

Also, I’ll be having Saturday (19th July) off, so the shop will be closed all day (normally open 9am – 3pm).
