Hi everyone, I need to address something that’s become more frequent recently — late arrivals, no‑shows and last‑minute cancellations. Since having my 11‑week‑old baby, this now means time away from her that ends up being wasted, which is really difficult.

When an appointment is cancelled on the day, it doesn’t usually mean I can leave early; it just means I’m waiting for the next client. This results in lost time and income, and time I could have spent with Poppy. Appointments running more than 10 minutes late won't be able to go ahead, and no-shows will not be able to rebook.

To manage this better, I may need to introduce deposits!
