I've been receiving quite a few messages asking about appointments and availability, so I thought I'd just let everyone know that you can view all availability and book your appointment online.

Please note that tattoo appointments cannot be booked online. This is because I like to discuss your ideas and design first to make sure we allow enough time for your appointment.

💋 After Your Lip Blush Treatment 💋

A little swelling after your lip blush appointment is completely normal! Lips are a highly vascular area, meaning they have a rich blood supply, which is why they can swell more easily than other areas of the face.

A few things to know:

• Mild to moderate swelling is expected for the first 24–48 hours.
• The initial colour will appear brighter and more intense before softening during the healing process.
• Follow your aftercare instructions will help support a smooth recovery.
• Be careful with hot drinks and hot food immediately after your appointment, as the numbing can make it difficult to judge temperature and may increase the risk of burns.
• Apply your recommended aftercare product as advised by your technician.
• Keep lips clean and avoid touching them with unwashed hands.
• Avoid spicy, salty, or acidic foods for the first few days if they cause irritation.
• Drink through a straw where possible during the first 24–48 hours.
• Avoid picking, peeling, or scratching any flaking skin.
• Avoid excessive sun exposure, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming until healed.
• Refrain from applying lipstick, lip gloss, or other lip products until your lips have fully healed.

Mild swelling, tenderness, and dryness are all normal parts of the healing journey. Trust the process and allow your lips time to heal. 💕

💋 Healed Lip Blush Results 💋

These lips were one of the first lip blush treatments I ever performed when I started offering lip blush back in 2021.

My client had her second colour boost in August 2025, and this is how they're looking now 😍

✨️Today's transformation ✨

My lovely client came in for a new PMU eyeliner treatment. We chose a dark brown eyeliner rather than black to create a softer, more natural healed result that would complement her fair hair and features.

During her appointment, we also chatted about her brows. Although she already has a good amount of natural brow hair, she doesn't usually fill them in with makeup. Instead of recommending permanent brows, I suggested a brow tint to add definition, depth and shape while keeping everything looking natural.

Why does permanent makeup last longer for some people and not others? 🤔

Everyone's skin is different! Retention can be affected by:

✨ Skin type (oily skin often fades faster)
✨ Your body's natural healing and immune response
✨ Sun exposure ☀️
✨ Skincare products like retinol and exfoliants
✨ Following aftercare instructions
✨️Medium conditions or regular medication
✨ Age and skin turnover rate

That's why two clients can have the same treatment but heal and retain pigment differently. Permanent makeup is never one-size-fits-all! 💕
