⭐️ cancellation policy ⭐️

I now have a cancellation policy in place which is as follows-

Any appointments cancelled giving less then 24 hours notice will require full payment,
Any appointments cancelled giving 24-48 hours notice will require a 50% payment

⭐️ Hi everyone,

Due to a extremely high amount of cancellations since November (not many being covid related) I’m having to put a cancellations policy in place.
I didn’t want to have to but it’s getting so often people are cancelling it’s of course totally effecting my income which is the money I use to run my house, buy our food etc.
Being self employed is massively different from being being employed, if someone doesn’t turn up we miss out on that money completely, and when we have a few people in a day it causes a large loss in wage and wasted time also.
I will be putting up this policy later and hope you all understand ☺️

This client hadn’t had her highlights done for ages due to lockdown so a brighten up was definitely needed! Ready for the summer☀️

Hi everyone,
I’m sure you have all heard that hairdressers will hopefully be back on the 12th April.
Even though this date may change and we will find out for definite on the 5th April (i think) I have decided to start getting people booked in just so you all know you have a appointment and it’s not too crazy doing it last minute.
