Из чего собрать базовый уход за кожей лица?

💡Базовый уход за кожей лица – это очищение, тонизирование, увлажнение и отшелушивание.

1️⃣Очищение – самый важный этап ухода за кожей, недостаточное очищение приводит к темным сальным нитям, забитым порам, акне и тусклому цвету лица.

Если пропускать этот этап очищения, то не важно, какие активы будут в вашем в уходе, работать они не будут.
Умываться нужно утром и вечером. Вечером очищать кожу важно в два этапа:
1. Гидрофильное либо мицеллярное средство, которое растворит не только косметику, но и средства спф и себум (кожный жир). Если ваша кожа склонна к жирности и вы игнорируете двухэтапное очищение, скорее всего у вас темные сальные нити и есть периодические высыпания.
2. Пенка либо гель. Средство должно быть деликатным и не должно вымывать до скрипа.

2️⃣Тонизирование - проводим сразу после очищения с помощью тоника/тонера. У воды в среднем pH 7,5, а у кожи примерно pH 5,5 - то есть остававшаяся после умывания вода сушит вашу кожу. Тоником мы востранавомваем нормальный pH.
