Are you suffering from sciatic nerve pain? I can help. There are three common causes of sciatic nerve pain:
1. Lumbar vertebra misalignment — This can cause nerve root compression.
2. Hip joint misalignment — This leads to piriformis muscle spasms, which compress the sciatic nerve.
3. Sacroiliac joint misalignment — In addition to compressing the sciatic nerve, this misalignment can also create leg length discrepancies, contributing to wear and tear on the hip joints.
My unique combined therapy — dry needling, massage, and chiropractic adjustments — has been proven to treat effectively these issues effectively, especially in complex, chronic cases where conventional treatments have failed.
How it works:
⭐️ Dry needling releases muscle tension and reduces nerve overload.
⭐️ Deep tissue massage further releases muscle tightness, alleviating spasms and enhancing the overall effect.
⭐️ Soft tissue chiropractic adjustments restore proper joint and vertebra alignment, providing instant pain relief.
With my approach, you receive three distinct therapies in one session — far more effective than using any of them alone. I focus on muscle release to ensure that adjustments stay in place. Thanks to my deep knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics, I also address underlying issues, since everything in the body is interconnected.
I have the highest success rate in Guernsey, even with the most challenging cases. My method requires fewer sessions than traditional practices — 2 to 6 sessions, compared to the 10 to 12 sessions that a typical chiropractor or osteopath might recommend.
My aim to provide the best possible outcome in the shortest possible time.
Book an appointment today and let me help you live pain-free. No need to suffer.
1-hour combined therapy session (needles, massage, manipulations) – £90
20-minute QUICK FIX session for hypermobile patients or needle-phobics – £50

How to find a bad massage therapist, if you specifically want to be disappointed and to waste your money with 100% guarantee:
1. Look for the words “holistic”, “chi”, “naturopathy”, “energy”, “spiritual healing”, “crystal healing”, “shaman”, “chakra”… you got the idea. Normally when the one has (nor wants to have) no clue about anatomy and proper massage techniques, they wave the esoteric card.
2. Look for something who lists more than 4-5 types of massage, because different techniques require lots of practice each, so most likely that person is either not particularly good at any, or doesn’t tell the truth.
3. Go to the spa salon 🤷🏻♀️. Good massage can’t be light. “Relaxing” is the substitute word for “useless”, unless you specifically want your back rubbed lightly with some fragrant ointments - then fair enough. Proper spot/medical massage involves proper strength and good knowledge of anatomy.
4. Look for someone with fewer and vague testimonials. If there’s no “I had terrible pain, and this fixed me, highly recommended!!”, but “Nice work” or something similar, that means that most likely the testimonials are left out of politeness or by request.
5. If the person can’t really answer what school they belong to and/or what specific technique they are using, they most likely obtained their “diploma” from an online course. There are several of those on Guernsey, unfortunately.

Happy Valentine’s day to my dear patients. Love yourself, love your bodies, keep them healthy, and I’ll always help you with that 🫀.
Dear patients!
I’m looking for 5-6 people to work on my new manoeuvres. It will be for free, 2-3 20 min sessions on each person.
The one and only condition:
THOU SHALL TREAT MY TIME AS IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT.

The benefits of combined therapy over the “normal” sports massage or dry needling, or chiropractic alone are obvious:
1. You receive 3 specialists in one appointment, for the cost of a single appointment with anyone mentioned above.
2. The way I work, one technique enhances the others and vice versa: the muscle spasms have to be relieved by dry needling in order for the massage to have more effect, also the manipulations are way safer and more efficient if the muscles are all warm and relaxed.
(Actually, I always stay against “dry” manipulations: if one is trying to click the body which is tensed from pain and muscle spasms, they won’t really achieve as much, however can make things worse.)
With such approach I tend to achieve the desired results much faster than if I was working in one technique. There are the things which one simply can’t achieve with one technique only.
My method is the result of a long research, multiple studies, deep knowledge of human anatomy&neurology, perfectionism and sincere care about my patients.

Some people say, I’m brutal.
Well, I’m tough, but actually very accurate and precise.
There’s no point in patting someone on the back for huge money, hoping it’s going to sort out the muscle spasm. It won’t. I’m aware that not everyone is used to the real deep tissue massage; in UK the “medical deep tissue” or “sports massage” is what we call “tickle” in Russia.
As a manual therapist, I use “soft techniques” of the chiropractic (i.e. Ackermann school), which are more efficient and way less traumatic than the showcase complex manoeuvres which you see on YouTube. They are called “soft techniques” because they are based on the natural mechanic of the body, not because they are gentle, though.
People of course have different pain threshold, different biochemical and autoimmune issues, and their metabolic response is different: most are fine, but few can be very sore afterwards. That’s called “healing crisis”, and actually it’s a good sign: the body metabolises various toxic rubbish that was stuck in tissues. If one is unbearably sore next day, I offer a free of charge short session of a warmer&drainage massage. Because I care about my patients.
I’m always aiming for the maximum possible results in the minimum possible time: it usually takes 2-6 sessions to cure the problem. Each problem takes time. I usually can indicate the needed number of sessions pretty accurately, and I pronounce that on the first session. Even the miracles take time - and I’m not a magician, nor a goddess, nor an ultimate solution - just an above average specialist with good knowledge of medical science.
So, sometimes I might not be able to help: when the problem is beyond chiropractic, massage and needles, i.e. inflammation, torn tissues, fractures, abnormal blood vessels position, cysts, neurofibromas, autoimmune issue, etc, etc. just like any other medical/holistic specialist.
If I see that I can’t help, I’ll usually tell that straight, and I don’t charge for when I can’t help.
