Use the fingertips of both hands to apply light to medium pressure to your scalp, moving in small circles. Work your way across your scalp to cover all areas. Try to massage your scalp using your fingertips for at least 5 minutes at a time, several times a day.

1.Be sure to wet your hair🚿 before you apply the conditioner to your hair, this helps to distribute the products evenly throughout your hair
2. Part your hair into four sections.
3. Divide one section into smaller sections of hair and lather over it throughout from root to tip with your conditioner or co washing cleaner.
4. Run your hands through your hair and finger detangle that section of hair.
5. With your fingertips, massage and cleanse your scalp gently to stimulate blood flow through scalp.
6. Comb through the hair with a wide tooth comb and then put it into a twist.
7. Move on to the next section of hair and repeat same process.
8. After you are done with other sections of hair, its time to wash off. Dont unravel your twist, wash it while it is still in twist, this makes your hair more manageable and styling easy too..
