MASSAGE: “Stop Ruining Your Relaxation”
1.Stop Eating a Heavy Meal Beforehand: Digestion diverts blood flow to your stomach, which can make a massage feel uncomfortable or even make you feel nauseous. Eat light 1-2 hours before. 
2.Stop Being Quiet About Pressure: If it’s too hard or too light, say something! It’s your session, and “pain” doesn’t always equal “gain.”

3.Stop “No-Showing” or Being Late: Professional therapists (like you!) prepare the room and the energy specifically for that time slot. Arriving 5-10 minutes early ensures you get your full time.

4.Stop Forgetting to Hydrate After: Massage releases toxins and moves lymphatic fluid. If you don’t drink water afterward, you might feel sore or have a “massage hangover” (headaches/fatigue).
