For those yet to join the train, 3 things to look out for when selecting a waist trainer are
1. The type/number of bone- They basically provide support, the higher the amount, the higher the support level and extent it snatches the waist. Minimum you should consider is 9 steel bones
2. Quality of Latex- while most waist trainers appear similar, latex quality might vary in many instances
3. Comfort-- I mean, what's a waist trainer without Comfort? 🤷♀️. If it's not comfortable, it's not meant for you. The inner lining and length of waist trainer should be checked to get a high level of comfort
