When it comes down to drinking water, any water with a pH above 7.0 is considered to be “alkaline”, regardless of the process that it has gone through to get there.

‘Alkaline’ and ‘antioxidants’ are words that are thrown around a lot when you start reading, watching or listening to health-focused content. But what do these words actually mean? What is alkaline water, what are antioxidants, and why should you be interested in them?

Here, we’re going to look in depth at the qualities of alkaline and antioxidant ingredients. What Is ‘Alkaline’?
