This saloon was opened by an able, ambitious, determine and hardworking lady by the name Sainabo jeng, She is a lady of so many ambitions one of which is to promote hairdressing in the country. She as a young lady had this dream of becoming a renounce hairdresser. She started this profession at a very tender age with the support of her loving husband who helped to accomplish her wish. BIOGRAPHY
Sainabou jeng is a daughter of an able and hardworking woman called Awa cham. Awa cham has been a single parent at a very early stage of her marital life due to the early lost of her late husband. At this early period, Awa cham ventured in petty trading which earned her some source of income to enable her sustain her children and made them lived the equal life as those with a supportive father. The journey had been very tough for her but despite the rough road she went through, all her children are characterized by: good morals, brilliant, pious, obedient, polite and most importantly very respectful. She was gifted with so many talents, one of which is hairdressing. She graduated when she was 22years old but decided to develop the skill that she has in hairdressing since she was faced with financial constraints to further her education to the tertiary level. She is now a renounced beauty therapist that serves as a source of inspiration to many particularly to her younger sister Fatou Njoba Jeng. She inspired many people and is always being helpful and supportive to all human race in many aspects of the profession. She as an excellent Hairdresser has that innovative ambition for Gambian youths to be able to be self dependent by acquiring all innovative skills and developing them into professions that can help promote to enhance their lives, benefit their families and society at large.
