Officially known as Hilda Bassey Effiong. She is the founder, CEO and head Chef of My Food by Hilda. A food brand located in Lagos, Nigeria.

She's a 27 year old young woman from Akwa Ibom State.

She's currently attempting to break a standing record of 87 hours 45 minutes of cooking done by an individual, by pushing for 96 hours.

Breaking this record would make Hilda Baci enter the Guinness World Record of the first human to have done cooking for such long hours.

Hilda is a proof of what's possible if we can allow our minds to dream. She's a proof of how far our body, soul and spirit can soar if we push ourselves.

Hilda Baci is the Nigeria that we dream of.

The oneness that has come from this very act of hers is all you need to believe in Nigeria.
