Wellness is a state of mind.
Only with physical and mental wellness we can continue to work hard, to live life to the fullest.
I have recovered from a leg injury (knee fracture) sometimes ago and have experienced 2 months of walking with crutches. It was tiring and my knee is still hurting from time to time, but I have gained a new perspective from being immobile. Since then, I have been counting my blessings and have decided I will treat my body well, thanking it back to allow me to continue to my own life journey. 🙏🏻 Let 2019 be a year of wellness and gratitude. Take care of ourselves, inside and out.
