This Summer, Chef Soldati creates a new dish “Reign abalone linguine with truffle” (HK$290 served with coffee or tea).

The truffles are harvested from Umbria, which is known for producing fine truffles in Italy. The Chef thoughtfully pairs South African slow-cooked abalone with exquisite flavour of truffle to strike a harmonious balance.

Topped with generous truffle shaving, the smooth and savoury indulgence of linguine with truffle cream sauce take diners on a sensorial experience ride through its sublime flavours.
