A global survey conducted by Google and Ipsos, involving over 17,000 participants from 17 countries, highlights optimism about AI's potential, concerns about ensuring its responsible development, and a desire for collaboration among various stakeholders.

Recent Ipsos global polling reveals that Gen Z women are finding it increasingly challenging to cope with current societal pressures and mental health issues.
Our research directors from Ireland and Brazil highlight the alarming rates of mental health struggles among young populations due to factors like social isolation, unemployment, and gender-based violence.
However, it's not all gloom - our data shows the proportion of women dealing with severe depression tends to decrease with age. Still, more needs to be done to provide support and care for our young women.

• Prepare screeners and invitation letters for recruitment.
• Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the screening questionnaires.

• Design discussion guides to ensure they prompt meaningful findings and are actionable.

• Assist senior members in the logistical organization of focus groups.
• Assist senior members in analysis and draft reports in presenting easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions.

Qualification:

Engagement Managers form the backbone of the Ipsos Strategy3 team in Hong Kong. • More than 5-years’ solid experience in business consulting, industry and commercial research, business-to-business research, market intelligence or management consulting, and overseas exposure or MNC experience
• Previous consulting experience in construction materials and services industry, B2B insurance, retail, healthcare, agriculture, industrial, private equity, or government preferred.
• Demonstrated advanced Excel (and/or Python) analytics experience
• Excellent report editing skills, with fluent spoken and written knowledge of business English a must. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, along with a strong client-driven mindset essential
