個 timing 真係夾到不得了 ✨
3月25號先啱啱榮獲 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants No.1，結果我哋3月28號就可以即刻去朝聖🥂
其實之前及最近有嚟過大班樓，但今次再去，感覺完全唔同——
當你知道佢已經登上亞洲第一，再坐低慢慢食，每一道菜都好似多咗一份重量同意義。
有種…終於食到「天花板級」嘅感覺😌✨

人人話 Monday Blue，但我覺得係 Monday Cool！😎✨
因為今日以一個優惠價喺一間高級餐廳嘅酒吧，chill 住飲到 Krug Grande Cuvée 166ème Édition，配埋香濃 Foie Gras terrine 同我至愛嘅炸薯條（fries 永遠係王道！🍟），瞬間將星期一嘅悶悶心情 blow away！
最開心係：我之前試過 Krug 嘅好多 version，包括 163-173但就偏偏冇試過 165 同 166！今次終於補到 166 嘅缺口，感覺好滿足～🥂
Krug 果然唔負盛名，Sommelier 侍洒師細心解釋呢支166 blend 咗 140 款酒（base 2010 年），45% Pinot Noir、39% Chardonnay、16% Meunier，口感圓潤、層次豐富，配 Foie Gras 真係天作之合！
個nose香氣帶有honey果仁榛子同埋有少少peach , ripen pear,檸檬味等等;整體好Rich 質感Creamy少少Buttery, finish優雅

今日天朗氣清，唔熱唔凍，正好出門走走！🍂 特登去咗大坑炳記茶檔，試下佢哋嘅招牌奶茶同三文治麵食，果然係地道滋味！😋 呢啲街邊茶檔真是一個時代嘅回憶，買少見少，趁秋高氣爽，梗係要多去搵吓呢啲戶外大排檔美食啦！
