Funny how one photo can tell a story.

My son thought it would be fun to shape my hair into hearts while I covered my face for the picture. It was playful in the moment… but somehow it became the perfect reflection of my June.

The hearts remind me of the love that surrounded me. The customers who continue to believe in my purpose. My son. My new puppy. The prayers that were answered and the blessings I almost overlooked.

The hands tell another story. The tears I cried. The painful truths I was forced to face. The disappointment of realizing that not everyone you love, trust, or make excuses for is meant to walk beside you forever.

At the beginning of this year, I prayed for discernment. Looking back, I realize that’s exactly what June gave me.

And maybe that’s why Shyne Thru was never just about self-care products.

I created Shyne Thru because I know what it feels like to need something that reminds you to choose yourself even when life hurts.

Sometimes the greatest act of self-care isn’t a product… it’s finally believing what people show you and loving yourself enough to move forward anyway.
