Terumbu Karang Sehat, Laut Kuat, Masa Depan Selamat.

Dan Faktanya ;

πŸ“ Did you know?

Hidden Strawberry Corps is not only a strawberry farm.

It is a community movement that connects farmers, tourism, education, sustainability, and local entrepreneurship. Today, the initiative collaborates with more than 23 farmers and has helped improve agricultural productivity while creating new economic opportunities through agrotourism and value-added products.

Turns out a strawberry can do much more than end up on a dessert plate. 🌱🀝

Most people see strawberries as fruit. πŸ“

Gandhi sees them as a way to empower farmers, educate youth, protect the environment, and create new opportunities for local communities.

From the highlands of Bali, he's proving that agriculture can be innovative, impactful, and inspiring.

One strawberry. One community. Endless possibilities. 🌱✨

Have you had your strawberry today?

Behind every strawberry is a story of people, purpose, and possibility. πŸ“πŸŒ±

Meet Gandhi, a young agropreneur and community builder from Bali who believes that agriculture can be more than just farming. Through Hidden Strawberry Corps, he works alongside local farmers to strengthen livelihoods, promote sustainable practices, and create new opportunities through community-based agrotourism.

What started as a strawberry farm has grown into a movement that connects agriculture, education, sustainability, culture, and economic empowerment. Today, Hidden Strawberry collaborates with more than 23 local farmers, transforming not only harvests, but also futures.

Because true growth is not measured by what we produce, but by how many people grow with us.

Before focusing on candlenut and kluwek trees, Osila first started his forest restoration journey by planting banyan trees around Besan Village. However, many of the young trees were taken illegally to be used as bonsai plants, leading him to rethink his conservation approach.

That challenge became the beginning of Omahyang’s vision today: restoring forests with local trees that not only protect water sources, but also provide long-term benefits for the environment, culture, and local communities.

From restoring rivers to creating the Rain Water Garden at SDN Besan, Omahyang continues to grow as a movement that connects nature, education, and future generations together. πŸ’§πŸŒΏ

After witnessing the rivers in Besan Village slowly lose their flow over the years, Osila began a long journey of forest restoration by planting local trees such as candlenut and kluwek, believing that healthy forests are the key to protecting natural water sources for future generations.

Through Omahyang, every tree planted becomes part of a bigger mission: rebuilding ecosystems, restoring groundwater, and reconnecting communities with nature again.

Because when forests return, water returns, and life grows with it.

Not every movement begins in a big city or with endless funding.
Omahyang started from one simple concern, watching the rivers in Besan Village slowly lose their water year after year.

Since 2014, Osila has been restoring forests, protecting water sources, and educating younger generations through real actions rooted in nature, culture, and community. From planting local trees like candlenut and kluwek, to creating the Rain Water Garden at SDN Besan, every step is part of a long journey to bring life back to the land.

Omahyang is more than a place.
It is a growing movement for restoring balance between forests, water, and future generations. πŸŒ±πŸ’§

Waste education in Bali is still far from fully reaching every layer of society. From households to public spaces, many people still see waste as something to throw away, not something to manage responsibly.

Real environmental change does not begin when the trash is already in the river or burned in empty land, it begins from awareness, habits, and education built consistently from an early age. 🌱

Because a clean Bali is not created by a few people caring deeply, but by an entire community learning to care together.
