After struggling for a long time to get rid of dark spots with many topical treatments with poor result, I finally found a skin lightening solution that really works!

Here, I want to share my experience with anyone who is tired of wasting time and money on expensive skin whitening product that don’t work.

It’s simple and easy! All I have to do is just going to my kitchen cabinet and grab essential oils then get some necessary natural ingredients that are actually available in my fridge and spices racks.

Dark spots actually are mainly caused by hyper pigmentation, melasma and hormonal changes from pregnancy or just because you are just getting older.

Thanks to the nature, we don’t need to get prescription nor rummage cosmetic shops to find expensive skin treatments to chase away those dark spots on the skin.

These are the natural treatments :

For Hormonal Melasma, use :
¼ cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of coconut milk
2-3 of essential oil

Mix the ingredients and put the mask on your face. Leave the mixture for five minutes and rinse off with clean water. Apply moisturizer and UV protection afterward.

The glycolic acid that can improve melasma is found in brown sugar. Coconut milk contains lactic acid to treat melasma. Lactic and glycolic acids are a great help to heal infected skin and boost tyrosine’s activity which help pigmentation and melanin. Clove essential oil can balance hormones and prevent pigmentation. For Age and Sun Spots, use
¼ cup of rose water
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of aloe vera
