In vollem Vertrauen haben Iin und ich den Vorstand von PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA – dem Alleinvertriebshändler für Indonesien der Schweizer Schönheits- und Hautpflegeprodukte von .COM – bei der Polizei von Jakarta Metro Jaya angezeigt, weil er Gesetzeslücken auf raffinierte Weise ausgenutzt und die Schließung des Unternehmens angestrebt hat, das wir seit 2016 als Pioniere geführt haben. Darüber hinaus haben wir sie auch wegen der kriminellen Handlung der Veruntreuung von Gehältern und Dividenden und der Nichtauszahlung der Unternehmensanteile angezeigt, die Iin West als Beauftragter und Gründer von PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA gehören.

1.Mit oder ohne vollständige Kenntnis der geplanten Schließung von PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA hat MILA D'OPIZ – Swiss Beauty Company zugestimmt, die Belieferung einzustellen und mit einem anderen indonesischen Unternehmen einen neuen Alleinvertriebsvertrag für Indonesien abzuschließen, ohne Iin West als Beauftragten und Anteilseigner darüber zu benachrichtigen.

2. PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA hat gegen das Gesellschaftsrecht verstoßen, indem es keine regelmäßigen und regelmäßigen Aktionärsversammlungen abgehalten und einberufen hat, außer nach wiederholten Warnungen durch Iin West als Kommissar. Und schließlich im September 2023.

3. PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA hat gegen das Gesellschaftsrecht verstoßen, indem es den Aktionären niemals Finanzberichte vorgelegt hat.

4. PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA hat gegen das Gesellschaftsrecht verstoßen, indem es die neue Büroadresse vor den Aktionären absichtlich geheim gehalten hat.
Obwohl es sehr traurig, schmerzhaft und enttäuschend ist, hoffen wir, dass dieses neue Unternehmen, d. h. PT SULSEAH TRI GEMILANG als alleiniger Vertreter für MILA D'OPIZ – Swiss Beauty-Produkte, gut laufen wird, NACHDEM der Vorstand und die Aktionäre des früheren Unternehmens PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA alle oben genannten Verpflichtungen und finanziellen Verluste beglichen haben, bevor dieser Fall vor Gericht gebracht wird.

Wir hoffen, dass MILA D'OPIZ – Swiss Beauty bei der Vermittlung behilflich sein kann und will, um die ausstehenden Zahlungen vertraulich und kommerziell zu begleichen und um eine mögliche Schädigung des Images von D'OPIZ – Swiss Beauty in den Weltmedien zu vermeiden, das für ihre erstklassigen Luxus-Hautpflege- und Schönheitsprodukte verantwortlich ist, die in über 48 Ländern auf 5 Kontinenten vertrieben werden.

With Faith, Iin and I have reported the Board of Directors of PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA - the Sole Distributor for Indonesia of .COM Swiss Beauty & Skin Care products to Jakarta Metro Jaya Police for cunning engineering using legal loopholes, in the form of closing the company that we have pioneered since 2016. 3. PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA has violated Company Law in terms of never providing Financial Reports to Shareholders.

4. PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA has violated Company Law by deliberately hiding the new office address from Shareholders

Although very sad, painful, and disappointing, we hope that this new company, i.e. PT SULSEAH TRI GEMILANG as the Sole Agent for MILA D'OPIZ - Swiss Beauty products will run well, AFTER the Board of Directors and shareholders of the previous PT MILA D'OPIZ INDONESIA company have paid off all obligations and financial losses reported above, before this case is brought to court.

We hope that MILA D'OPIZ - Swiss Beauty can and is willing to assist in mediation to resolve the outstanding payments commercially in confidence, and to avoid the possibility of damage to the image of D'OPIZ - Swiss Beauty in the world media, for their world-class luxury Skin Care and Beauty products that have been distributed in more than 48 countries on 5 continents.
