Big thanks to whoever suggested using Greek yogurt in sugar-free Jello! It's so tasty and makes a perfect dessert. Loving it!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 packet jelly box mix raspberry flavor
• 250 gm greek yogurt
• 250 ml water
Optional
• Serve with more greek yogurt and greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
• Start by boiling water. Empty the jelly packet powder into a large mixing bowl and add the hot water. Stir until dissolved.
• Add the greek yogurt and stir well till combined. Pour into glass containers and allow to set in the fridge for 3 hours minimum or overnight.
Serve it chilled with more greek yogurt and top with fresh berries.
NOTES
• If you want a firmer jello add less water and if you want a softer jello add a little more water.
• Keep in mind every jelly packet might be different in weight hence check the package instructions, the amount of liquid you need should be half warm water and half greek yogurt. So: if the packet asks for 500ml liquid you will use 250gm greek yogurt and 250ml warm water.

I don’t do low carb. When I was Rescue Swimming for the Navy I did do low carb, and yes it got me to where I wanted weight and body fat wise. 6 pack abs, blah blah blah…. I got to the same weight/goals years ago with a high carb diet.
It’s about caloric deficit and sticking to your diet.
31g Optimum Nutrition Chocolate coconut Protein Powder
240ml(grams) Fairlife 2% chocolate Milk
70ml (grams) Fairlife 0% milk
1-1.5g Guar Gum (thickener/stabilizer)
10g cocoa powder
10g honey
12g Peanut butter powder (get a little fat in there)

I'm dying right now! My life will be forever changed by this amazing find! You guys it's so good! Almost like soft cream cheese and is 2 tiny points for a HALF CUP. All the things that call for mayo or cream cheese and greek yogurt is a little to sour for but you use it anyway... problem solved! Dips, dressings, sauces... Game changer! I'm using it to make alfredo sauce tonight. I'll let you know.
UPDATE: I didn't make the alfredo that I planned but I did make awesome ranch dressing and blue cheese dressing. I used 1/2 cup each of the blended cottage cheese and fat free greek yogurt, about 1/2 of water and powdered Hidden Valley ranch mix in one and Blue Cheese mix in the other. The entire 1 1/2 cup container is 3 points so you could use a very generous amount for 1 point and it's delicious!!🙂

Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta
A flavorful and satisfying dish that combines the spice of Cajun cuisine with the creaminess of Alfredo sauce.

For the steak:
1 pound boneless, sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound penne pasta
Instructions:
Cook pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Season steak and shrimp: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Season the steak and shrimp with the mixture.
Cook steak: Grill or sauté the steak until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Cook shrimp: Sauté the shrimp until pink and cooked through.
Make Alfredo sauce: In a large skillet, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

My first time trying strawberry crunch no bake cheesecake 10/10/:
To make the Strawberry Crunch No-Bake Cheesecake, you'll need the following ingredients: 20 Golden Oreos, 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter, 1 cup of heavy cream, 16 oz of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of strawberry preserves, 1 1/2 cups of sliced strawberries, and a box of strawberry gelatin (3 oz). For the crunch topping, use 10 Golden Oreos, 1/4 cup of freeze-dried strawberries, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Start by making the crust: crush 20 Golden Oreos and mix them with 1/4 cup of melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan and refrigerate it. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. We went out to Buffalo Wild Wings the other night and I saw the Buffalo tots on the menu, I created my own version with crisscut fries!
Everything I buy is on sale, or I had it on hand from a previous sale.
Popcorn chicken-3.99 I used 1 bag
Nacho cheese-1.49
Bacon- I had but it was 8.97 3lb( I cooked 6 pieces)
Monterey cheese- I had but it was 4.97 2lb
Crisscuts- 3.99 I used 2 bags
Buffalo sauce- I had but it was 1.99( yes I stocked up at this price!)
Green onion, jalapenos were from the garden we had( I froze them)
I cooked the fries and chicken at 450 for 20ish min, after they were done I cut the chicken up smaller and put in a bowl with buffalo sauce. Mixed until coated. Shredded some Monterey cheese and put that on the fries, added chicken, topped with nacho cheese, Monterey, bacon cut up, green onion and jalapeño. Drizzled with buffalo sauce and put back in oven until cheese was melted. I drizzled with ranch.
For about 20.00 we had dinner (4) some to send for husbands dinner at work plus leftovers!

I found doing strict keto really stressful.
I'm a housewife, have 2 toddlers at home with me 24/7 and work from home so adding on all the prepping, counting, logging etc... I just couldnt be arsed, il be honest.
So I fell off the bandwagon...
Today I started again but this time I've decided to do it suited to ME.
I am eating "mainly keto" friendly meals.
I am only counting calories (to make sure I stay in calorie deficit).
I am cutting out all junk food/drinks.
I am avoiding "big carbs", for example; bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, cereal etc...
I am not going to be counting the amount of carbs in an apple. Its fruit, its healthy.
I know this will work 100x better for me, il still loose weight due to being in calorie deficit and il feel 10x better physically/mentally due to having a healthier diet.
Sometimes we have to find what works for us and make our own rules 💕

This is HEAVEN!
1 cup heavy cream whipped until firm
Fold in 1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
Stevia to taste.
Chill in fridge. You can eat it right then but it’s sooooo much better chilled.

Beef Roast with Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans & Gravy 🥩🥔🍽

KETO PEANUT BUTTER PIE
Crust
1c almond flour
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup Swerve (granulated)
4 tbs melted butter
Filling
8 oz cream cheese room temp
1/4 c sour cream
1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream (divided)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c of Swerve confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c PB
Mix the dry ingredients for the crust together in a bowl. Add the melted butter. Mix untill well blended and crumbly. Press into the bottom of a pie pan. Bake at 350° for 8-10 min. While it is cooling mix the filling .
Put all the ingredients except 1/2 c of the whipping cream in a bowl. Mix well. Add the 1/2 c of whipping cream to smooth the mixture out.
Mix in sugar free chocolate chips (1/3 C Lily's). Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
