Last Sunday we celebrated Natalia’s, (our wonderful technician) birthday in style!! We took a tour around Dublin Bay with and had a delicious lunch at The Purty Kitchens afterwards! We missed our other lovely staff Aoife, Kate and Georgia but the team had a wonderful time exploring and learning about the area!

☀️ Protect the little ones this summer ☀️
Children's skin is more sensitive and burns more easily — so a bit of sun safety today goes a long way towards healthier skin tomorrow. 💛
5 ways to keep them protected:
👒 Cover up — lightweight, long-sleeved clothing and a wide-brimmed hat
🧴 Apply sunscreen — broad-spectrum SPF 30+, 15 mins before heading out, and reapply every 2 hours (or after swimming or sweating)
⛱️ Seek shade — especially between 10am and 4pm when the sun is strongest
🕶️ Wear sunglasses — ones that block 100% UVA and UVB rays
💧 Stay hydrated — plenty of water throughout the day

🚿 Cool it down with a lukewarm shower or cool compress (skip the ice)

💊 Reduce pain with children's ibuprofen or paracetamol if needed — always follow the label
