Yesterday’s outfit :Some days feel heavy before they even begin. But getting up, getting dressed, doing your makeup — that little bit of effort shifts everything. Don’t underestimate the power of showing up for yourself. 💫

The day turned out to be nice, with dad and Josh …sometimes the lead up to the day is worse .
