Shirley’s Beauty & Laser Clinic uses Australia’s Lycon Ireland wax which is formulated with the finest natural resins, bees wax and sensuous aromatherapy, LYCON Cosmetics Australia delivers superior results, removing stubborn hair as short as 1mm like no other.

We use a new spatula each time we dip into the wax pot, this ensures the highest level of hygiene throughout the entire clinic.

👉🏼Does Lycon Wax hurt less?
You may feel a slight discomfort but this only lasts a few seconds. As we put oil on the skin first this prevents the wax from sticking to the skin and just attaches itself to the hair and removes it quickly and efficiently and with little or no irritation to the skin, we would go so far as to say it is almost painfree. Once you have been waxed the hair weakens, so each time you get longer lasting results.

For best results return every 4-6 weeks for your waxing.

👉🏼What should I wear?
Preferably loose clothing, and for Bikini waxing we provide a disposable brief for your comfort.

👉🏼What should I do before my treatment?
No shaving & leave 3-4 weeks hair growth. Do not cut the hair or remove the hair ,leave that to the experts, we will do as you need or as is required, and we will give you aftercare guidelines and after wax finishing oil.

👉🏼What should I do after my treatment?
Avoid hot baths or hot showers ,steam room & saunas and of course no sun exposure or sunbeds. Avoid excessive heat for 24-48 hours after to allow skin to cool down.
