I can’t believe that’s it’s 3 years ago now since I made the decision that’s things had to change.

My relationship with food was awful, I had tried all the diets, but they al resulted in me loosing a few lbs and gaining twice as much.

So in March 2019 I started the C9. What really surprised me was that I was actually going to eat more in order to loose weight. In the coming months I was able to loose over 2 stone.

June 2019 I was thrown a curve ball, I had a really bad accident and was letting on crutches for 6 months. With my mobile now restricted I was worried that my weight would now pile back on.
