3 Tips to prevent pimples

Tip number one would be to stay hydrated. As with almost all skin changes, a hydrated skin will also keep pimples away. 🙂

Limit makeup! It is tempting to cover the pimple with a layer of makeup, however, doing so might clog pores and trigger new outbreaks. Even when without pimples less makeup is a great defence against them. 💄

Don’t touch your face! Hands carry a lot of bacteria as I am sure you were made aware during the Coronavirus outbreak. By not touching your face you are shielding yourself both from the virus and pimples.

Nicknamed ‘the Lady with the Lamp’ for the night rounds she made while tending the wounded and sick. Florence was a pioneer in wound treatment and was the leader of the first official team of British military nurses. 👏😍

Another great prevention measure is to keep the skin hydrated. We recommend using a moisturizer twice a day or more. In the morning you can apply moisturizing sunscreen 🧴 and in the evening just a moisturizer.

Lastly, anything that stimulates collagen production will prevent fine line formation. This is not as effective against deep lines but it’s still worth it. In particular retinoids are great for stimulating collagen production.
