I’m really sorry she’s going through this. It’s a tough situation, but here’s what I’ll advice.
1. Sit down with your partner and express how his words and actions are affecting you. Also, clearly communicate what is and isn’t acceptable in terms of how he talks to you. Let him know that while you’re working on your health, his support means more to you than criticism.
2. If you’re open to it, couples counseling can be a safe space to work through these issues with a professional who can mediate and offer advice.
3. Take some time to think about what you want in a relationship. Do you want to spend your life with someone who makes you feel less than worthy? It’s okay to prioritize your happiness and well-being.
4. You deserve to be with someone who loves and respects you. Don’t let fear of the unknown keep you in a situation that makes you unhappy. You are enough, just as you are.

A lot of people think eating healthy means starving yourself.
But that’s not true at all.
Healthy eating is giving your body what it needs per time.
It is eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients your body needs to work well.
This includes proteins, carbs, fats, vitamins, and minerals. It’s about balance, not cutting out all the foods you love.
Starving yourself is harmful.
It slows down your metabolism, makes you feel tired, and can lead to overeating.
Your body needs food to function properly, so it’s important to eat.
Instead of thinking about what you can’t eat, focus on what you can. Here are some tips:
📌 Eat a Variety of Foods: Include lots of fruits and vegetables in different colors. They all have different nutrients that your body needs.
📌 Balance Your Meals: Make sure your meals have a good mix of protein, healthy fats, and carbs. This keeps you full and satisfied.
📌 Healthy Snacks: Choose snacks like nuts and fruits, to keep your energy up during the day.
Remember, eating should be enjoyable.
Try new recipes, eat with friends or family, and take pleasure in your meals.
Enjoy a variety of delicious foods in their proper proportions and remember that taking care of your body is the best thing you can do for yourself.

A life where you cannot do or wear the things you love just because of what others think, is certainly not the best way to live.

The quote in the second slide has been my mantra for a long time now.
I started taking short walks everyday and I can tell you for free that I feel way better.
Prior to when I started taking walks, I used to wake up with body pains and little or zero productivity during the day.
But everything changed when I started walking.
I’m more productive and I feel more healthy.
You can be plus size and still be very healthy.
I love my body size but I’ve also decided to stay healthy.
You can also join me on the journey, Take out 15 - 30 minutes to walk every day.
You can also register in a gym to stay physically active.
