Strobing is in!! Who makes up these things!?
I feel like I've been "strobing" the whole time?! It's essentially just highlighter dabbed over a natural base giving it a dewy look! Which is what most people want, or should want, rather than layers and layers of caked on product! Anyway who cares what it's called or who decided that today was the day that we should call highlighting "strobing", Im just glad the heavy contouring faze is over!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
