We’ve had a number of queries from clients concerned about ‘Likey Scam’ labels that may appear on appointment messages due to new ComReg regulations affecting SMS Sender IDs. These labels are purely precautionary and don’t indicate anything is wrong— don’t worry your appointment is genuine.

ComReg’s new SMS Sender ID Registry means texts from organisations not yet registered (even valid ones like hospitals or clinics) get flagged. This is part of a phased rollout starting on 3 July.

If you’re in doubt, just contact us as you normally would.
