“We’ve been working with Digital Salon to manage our website and IT systems Salon IQ, and the level of service has been outstanding.

In December, we added their AI receptionist service, and it quickly became an essential part of our business.

During a very busy period, ‘Amy’ handled over 300 calls, making bookings, returning calls at times that suited our business, and taking deposits. Even while we were closed over the Christmas break, calls were still answered and bookings continued to come in. Every call that required follow-up was resolved efficiently.

We also receive detailed call logs and full transcripts, giving us complete visibility and confidence in the service. Instead of an answering machine after hours, our customers now speak with Amy, meaning no missed calls and no lost opportunities.

This system has saved us significant time and allowed us to focus on our work. So far, it’s been a fantastic addition and one we would highly recommend”
