Limitations of Use

The Origin Hair Company Loyalty Card is valid only at Origin Hair Company, 41 Ranelagh, Dublin 6 and its operation is governed solely by Origin Hair Company management. Cards may not be redeemed from 1 December 2015 to 8 January 2016, but points may still be collected. Earning points

For each appointment that you keep, your card will be stamped by a member of Origin staff. Redeeming points

When a card is completed, after 5 appointments, you may use that card to receive 10% discount off any service. Points are not transferable, no change will be given nor can points be exchanged for cash. Only completed cards may be used. A maximum of 2 cards, representing 10 appointments, may be used at any one time. 2 completed cards will earn a 20% discount off any service. A 10% discount card must be redeemed within 6 months of the first stamp. A 20% discount must be redeemed within 12 months of the first stamp. Replacement Cards

Origin Hair Company cannot be responsible for safeguarding points on your card if it is lost or mislaid. Termination of Account

Where a card is not used for a 12 month period it will be deemed null and void and all points on it will be lost. Modification and Termination of the loyalty card programme

Origin Hair Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the scheme at any time. Origin Hair Company reserves the right to change or cancel offers and to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customer Data

Data given to Origin Hair Company will not be passed on to any other party. Customer’s participation in the programme constitutes the customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
