⚽️At AD Massage & Body Work Clinic, we recently welcomed Dean, a player from Lucan United FC.

Dean was experiencing some back discomfort during matches, so we carried out a detailed muscle assessment to identify areas of weakness and imbalance. Following the assessment, we provided targeted treatment, addressed the affected areas, and prescribed specific exercises and recommendations to help improve strength, stability, and overall performance.

It’s always rewarding to support athletes who are committed to maintaining their physical health and performing at their best.

Lucan United FC has a proud history and is recognized as one of Ireland’s most successful intermediate football clubs, having won the Leinster Senior League title and numerous other honors.

⚽️Today, AD Massage & Body Work Clinic had the pleasure of welcoming a young player Mikołaj Kniaz from Lechia Gdańsk Academy.

Due to a demanding training schedule, he developed discomfort in the hip area and pain in the hip flexors — a common issue among football and futsal players during periods of high workload.

During the session, we carried out a detailed muscle assessment, identified key movement and muscular imbalances, provided targeted bodywork treatment, and prescribed an individual exercise programme focused on strength, mobility, and flexibility.

We are always proud to support dedicated athletes who take their recovery and performance seriously. Wishing him a successful training week in Ireland and continued progress in his football journey.

After winning the Irish Championship, Blue Magic FC faced Leinster once again with the AUL League title on the line.

It was a fantastic and hard-fought match, with both teams battling until the very end. The intensity of the game kept everyone busy — including the physios. Marcelo and I were called onto the pitch several times to assist players throughout the match.

In the end, Blue Magic FC showed great character and secured another trophy, completing an incredible season.

Today I had the opportunity to work as a pitch assistant and support the team as a physio during the FAI Futsal Cup Final with Blue Magic.

Proud to be part of this team and contribute to its success. This was already my second Irish Cup Final in two years, and another very special moment in my professional journey.

It’s an honour to be part of the best futsal team in Ireland, a team that has been proving its championship level for 9 years in a row.

Throughout the season, I’ve been part of the physio team, fulfilling my role as a sports massage therapist and helping the players stay ready and recovered for every match. Grateful for the trust, the atmosphere, and the opportunity to be part of this journey 💙🏆

Now the focus shifts to a new challenge — preparation for the UEFA Futsal Champions League. Ready for the next step.

✅🏊‍♂️Nathan, a professional swimmer, came to AD Massage & Body Work Clinic for assessment and preparation ahead of the Leinster and Connacht Regional Senior Long Course Championships 2026 at the National Aquatic Centre, Blanchardstown, Dublin.

As part of his performance and recovery program, Nathan attended the clinic regularly, visiting at least once every 1–2 months for recovery treatment, body maintenance, and preparation for competition.
