A big day for me ❤️ now have my juices served by the glass! If you happen to be in DODI’s this weekend having a juice, please send me a pic 🥳

Thanks to Doria and Peter for the wonderful support with this! So exciting

They’ll be serving the following juices over the weekend:

GLAS - green juice - cucumber, *celery, green apple, spinach, lemon, ginger

ÓR - carrot juice - carrot, orange, lemon, ginger

Please note: ingredients are MOSTLY ORGANIC, except for lemons, ginger, oranges and green apples.

Let’s see what the months ahead bring…

Quick update! Thank you all so much.

Juices are a two day shelf life, refrigerated. Best consumed on day of purchase, but are perfect for two days.

I’ve asked people to pay deposit for the bottles so we can reuse them and reduce waste. All our pulp goes into our compost too reducing waste again.

We have lots of plans for this going forward, so please watch this space.

Grateful of any feedback you may have too ❤️ labels, logo, more bottles, more products.. all coming!

How are Mondays in your house?

Monday motivation! Fueling up the fam for gymnastics and basketball. Energy balls and blueberry beetroot smoothies were on the menu.

Made with wholesome ingredients like dates, ground almonds, and frozen blueberries, these snacks kept everyone going until dinner.

And, dinner was a challenge as always - fried rice with eggs, peas, and spring onions, sesame and garlic broccoli, leftover chicken goujons, sticky and sweet tofu, and a special porridge for one. I always try to make a few components so the kids have things they like and things they might try!

Phew, what a day!

Starting the year off with my first book… last year I didn’t read enough, the previous year, over 40 books.. this year, aiming for closer to 50.

So, if you’re into reading, follow along and I’ll share what I’m reading…

The Four Winds by Kristin Hannah is a powerful and emotional novel about survival, sacrifice, and resilience during the Great Depression. Set against the backdrop of the Dust Bowl, it follows Elsa Martinelli as she faces devastating loss, harsh poverty, and impossible choices while fighting to protect her family. Through heartbreak and hope, the novel captures the strength of ordinary people and the enduring power of love in the face of overwhelming adversity

If you’ve read anything by you’ll know how captivating her story writing is. I didn’t want to put this down over the last few days. A wonderful staff member in our library suggested it (said it was her favourite one!), and I already had it on my bedside table! Win!

Lots to do this week, but once the evening sets in and the candles are lit, calm descends upon me.

When school gets closed for the day and all the things I’d planned to do go out the window… it turns out to be the best day we’ve had in a while! All the crafting, music and hanging out!

*of course there were arguments.. but everyone having a little project to work on meant they were short lived!

More days like this needed between now and Dec 25th! Slow down.. in case you needed a reminder xx
