When it comes to microblading it’s crucial to select the color tone that suits your clients skin. The choice of color tone plays a role, in achieving looking eyebrows. Understanding the distinction between warm tones is essential in making a decision. Cool tones are characterized by an undertone while warm tones have an reddish undertone. Cool tones are typically associated with skin whereas warm tones are commonly found in medium to dark skin tones. When choosing the color for microblading it is important to consider your clients skin tone and undertone. Here are some key considerations when selecting color tones for microblading;
Skin Undertone; It is essential to determine whether your client has an warm undertone. You can do this by observing the veins on their wrist—blue or purple veins indicate an undertone while green veins indicate an undertone.
2. Natural Hair Color; Take into account your clients natural hair color when deciding on the color tone. If they have toned hair, such, as ash light brown it is advisable to opt for cool toned eyebrow pigments. If your clients have hair, with tones, such as blonde or dark brown it is advisable to select pigments that also have warm tones.
3.Discuss with your clients the look they want to achieve.
4.Prior to performing the microblading procedure always conduct a rub/smudge test to on forehead to ensure that the chosen color tone blends harmoniously with your clients skin. This precaution will help prevent any colour inconsistencies.
Always remember that the objective of microblading is to enhance your clients beaut. By understanding warm tones taking into account your clients skin tone and undertones you can choose the color tone, for microblading that will complement their features and yield their desired results.
