WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT?
You need to develop good habits, most people when they want to lose weight they totally cut out everything unhealthy and go cold turkey which 9 times out of 10 makes you go back to the old way because it's too much for your body to handle!! That's why 90% of people yo yo diet !
Start making slight changes now and develop 1 healthy habit at a time ! Just 1 !!
Start with the most important one .... Waterπ§
I would generally have 3 litres of water a day I start my morning off with Two glasses of water then around 10/11 another two , lunch time another two and dinner another two and I'd probably have 1 to 2 bottles of water while I'm out and about !!!!
Warning........β οΈβ οΈ make sure you are close to a toilet at all times because you will need to go a lot π§π§ especially if your like me and you have a bunch of kids and totally neglected those kegal exercises π±π
So set yourself a goal 8 glasses a day or 2 /3 litres for 30 days !! It takes 21 days to break a habit and you will find yourself forgetting but keep going and not only will you notice your weight going down your hair skin nails eyes everything will look better !!

Minute steak and onions in mushroom sauce served with asparagus π who wants this tasty recipe?

Milk from Aldi 300 mils 20c (1litre =75c get about 3 shakes out of a litre )
Handful of Berries Aldi 17c (you get about 10 handfuls in the pot which is β¬1.75)
Vanilla lite ultra powder 1 scoop β¬1.60 from myself !!
(15 scoops in a pouch)
1 healthy breakfast or lunch that takes about 30 seconds to make βοΈ
if your like me and don't have much time to rustle up something in the morning!!
