Karen Greer was delighted to support the fantastic Mum Talks event in Donegal, creating a space for mums to connect, share, and empower one another 💛 

Karen shared practical weaning advice and top tips for navigating your child’s nutrition from the age 1 and beyond to promote healthy habits. Weaning usually begins around 6 months and shouldn’t begin before 17 weeks as babies digestive systems are not mature enough. The recommended time is therefore somewhere between 17–26 weeks. Key signs that your baby is ready includes good head control, showing interest in food, has coordination with food and you too feel ready to begin.
