Juice Plus Complete Shakes 🍇🍌🍋🍉🍈

Being honest when I first heard about the shakes I thought 'Oh no not shakes! Dairy protein, artificial sweeteners, colours and preservatives 😝

BUT when I looked into the ingredients of the juice plus complete 'smoothies' it was
🍓Dairy Free
🍈Gluten Free
🍒No artificial colours and preservatives
🍓Lots of vitamins and minerals
🍌Low glycemic
🍓Plant protein
🍍Vegan
🍎Fibre

They are great in the mornings for people on the run being so quick to prepare with some diary free milk base such as almond milk and some fruit added in, blend and ready to go :)

They are also great for healthy weight loss being very nutritious and filling 💜 1-2 Shakes a day with healthy meal plans with every order and lots of support ✨

Healthy Pizza !! 😍❤😋️ I made this for dinner last night from scratch and all only took about a half an hour !

I simple mixed about
1/2 cup of organic plain four with 1/2 cup of organic whole meal flour and a pinch of baking powder and added water to form a dough.

Put the base in the oven for a few minutes to cook a little while I chopped the veggies I was going to top it with which here it was
Green and red pepper
Tomato
Mushroom
Red onion
Spinach and parsley ( only put on in last few minute of cooking as the burn otherwise )

Then I took the base out of the oven covered it in tomato purée and topped it with the veggies and put it back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes and all done :)
