i cant give u all tips here is my last few
eye shadow colours
*Darker brownes and reds can subtly enhance dark eyes.
*Pastel colours enhance light grey,green or blue eyes.
*very light colours create highlights when used with darker eye shadow
*Bright colours are best for young,fun,fashion looks
*Soft greys and mauve are better for a mature unobtusive,natural look
*Pink and lilac eye shadow can make eyes look tired and sore,so use with care and with other colours
*Dark eye shadow can also be used as eyeliner on fairer skins

remember as always that light draws forward and dark takes back x x x

girls a few eye shadow tips:
cream: oil based; spreads easily. but needs power to set andtends to crease-this is NOT recommended for mature skins x x x
