The last few months have looked very different for me.

Moving back home from Dublin gave me the opportunity to step back and re-evaluate a lot of things. Not just in business, but in life.

Alongside running NRG, working with another company, and continuing to treat clients, I’ve spent a lot of time focusing on creating the foundations for the future I’m trying to build.

That has meant creating a home I’m proud of, building a clinic environment that reflects my standards, refining the NRG brand, and making improvements behind the scenes that most people will never see.

One of the biggest blessings throughout this journey has been meeting Michelle. What started as a client relationship quickly turned into a genuine friendship, and her support over the last year has meant more than she’ll probably ever realise. Not only has she given me a place to grow and run my clinics, but she’s been someone I’ve been able to learn from, laugh with, and lean on when I’ve needed it most.

At times, all of this has meant spending less time on social media and more time building.

I’ve learned that the environment you create around yourself matters. The space you live in. The space you work in. The people you surround yourself with. All of it impacts your ability to grow.

Whilst there’s still a lot to do, I finally feel like everything is starting to come together.

I’d also be lying if I didn’t acknowledge the people closest to me. My family, my friends, and those who have supported me behind the scenes throughout this chapter of my life. You know who you are. Thank you for the encouragement, the advice, the patience, and for believing in me even when I’ve been stressed 😂
