SPF is one of the best and cheapest anti-ageing creams around.
Make it part of your daily skin routine.
Not only will it help stop ageing, it will massively decrease you chances of getting skin cancer. Don't forget your ears, around your eyes and neck.
If you can do one good thing for your skin, wear SPF UVA and UVB protection please.

Thank you Pfizer for creating the vaccine.
Today was a good day with hope for us all.
PPE marks on my forehead from working with critically ill people with covid in our ICU.
Back to basics....social distancing, wash your hands and wear a mask. If you're not feeling too hot, stay home and protect others.
Covid 19 is not a joke for people who end up in hospital alone with us strangers caring for them.
