Important 🚫
Can we kindly ask everyone to double check your bookings with us that you have a booking confirmation email, if you do not have this the appointment has not been received by us. When booking it is important not to “x” out of the screen before you get your confirmation email as it may look booked but it cancels if you “x” out to early.
As of now we are only taking bookings online as it is particularly busy and saves our full attention for the client in the chair , it also saves confusion on booking times etc as you can easily access your booking information.
It is also important to note when booking with us we have a strict cancellation policy that must be honoured to protect my teams working hours. When you book online you commit to this policy.
In order to successfully run this business and respect the stylists it is very important that the terms of the cancellation/reschedule policy are honoured.
