I’m looking forward to my next day retreat coming up this Saturday! It will a deeply nourishing experience that weaves together yoga, breathing and Ayurvedic insights into the importance of daily routine. It’s an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and immerse yourself in nature with a walk/hike around Knockma Hill before a sauna and plunge. Delicious lunch also.
