My reflexology sessions begins with a systematic approach. Often a course of treatment is recommended which may vary in lenght depending on the health issues being adressed and the individual's body's response. Even though the reflexology sesssion is addressing health issues, I never underestimate the power of relaxation, and always incorporate a foot massage at the end. Below the list of problems
