Because lately, we are very busy, striving to treat all of my clients fairly and ensure the highest standard of treatments for each one, as well as easy access to treatments, I wanted to remind you about our Terms & Conditions.🌟
🔷Blue Eden Galway requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or canceling all appointments. Once an appointment is booked, time is exclusively reserved in our schedule for you.🔷
✨Booking Terms and Conditions:
🎯Cancellations:
Clients failing to cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a “no-show” and subject to the following charges:
👉 For prepaid sessions, failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in the forfeiture of that appointment without a refund.
👉For unpaid upfront appointments with chosen treatments, a charge of €30 will apply for each missed appointment.
Future services may be denied until payment for missed appointments is received.
🎯Free consultation cancellation:
If you book a free consultation and fail to attend or reschedule with less than 24-hour notice, a €30 deposit will be required before another consultation is confirmed. The deposit will be deducted from your chosen treatment and may be non-refundable.
🎯Late Arrivals:
Appointment times are reserved for each client. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation, treated as a "no-show." Regardless, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
🎯Payment:
Payments can be made via bank transfer, Revolut, or cash.
