Mary Wyndham has been working in the area of disability for the past 30 years and is currently working with the Connemara Early Intervention Services.

Mary is a qualified nurse who has specialised in the area of intellectual disability and is currently working with children from birth to three.
Mary has trained under the International Association of Infant Massage and has practiced her various skill-set since 2012

The beautiful benefits of infant massage is that it:

It provides stimulation for all the body's vital systems.
Infant massage can also give relief to ailments such as colic and constipation.
It can promote relaxation which demonstrates improved sleep patterns.
Understand non verbal cues

The effects are immediate but they last a lifetime..

Each session in a safe, quiet, warm and comfortable environment where Mary will demonstrate to each parent how to massage their baby.
The entire session will take place on the floor with plenty of room to stretch, feed, cuddle and move around with their baby if necessary.
