Stress and anxiousness are frequent obstacles to sound, restful sleep. There’s a body of research indicating that aromatherapy using essential oils can help to relieve stress and anxiety symptoms, which may help improve sleep indirectly. To release stress that keeps you from sleeping well, Mary Li uses a blend of essential oils massaged into the back of your neck and on your temples that will help you fall asleep quicker, stay asleep for longer, and wake up refreshed.

Sore Muscles and arthritic pain are often felt deep within the tissues and joints. Use of essential massage oil with Trigger Point Massage helps increase circulation and decrease inflammation to provide relief in the afflicted areas. Although there are many oils that work well for this, some are more powerful than others. Mary Li uses a mix with a carrier oil to massage over the areas you experience the most pain and applies it to areas that ache or are painful through a gentle massage.

WARMING MASSAGING BALM: This Oriental Massage Galway warming massaging balm melts as it’s rubbed in, so it spreads fast without tugging the skin. With the permission of, or when requested by her clients, Mary Li at OMG uses this on shoulders, knees, elbows or calves when they feel tight.

The hurlers may not have got over their final Hurdle that was Limerick, but hopefully a winner on Galway Hurdle day during race week may go some way to ease their pain.
We are fortunate in Galway to have so much happening that can help the hurlers get over their disappointment. Time for players and supporters to relax, and soak up what Galway offers including an Oriental Massage perhaps.
