2️⃣ Gather flowers: Activate your senses. Invite the season to your home by gathering flowers in bloom lilac, primroses, or hawthorn. Don’t just pick them; smell them, look at the intricate details, and feel the petals. Be present with your senses.

3️⃣ Enjoy nature: Step outside and just be. Walk barefoot on the grass, sit under a tree, place a hand on the ground, or lean your forehead against a tree trunk. Let yourself feel the pulse of the earth as it wakes up for the season.
