Namalie’s Kitchen combines local Irish produce with Srilankan spices, herbs and sauces, thus creating a perfect harmony of flavours in your mouth.
At Namalie’s Kitchen, healthy and delicious food is handmade from scratch and is full of goodness. In 2017, I returned to college at GMIT to study Culinary Art. This was to improve my skills and broaden my cooking experience. I was awarded a Certificate in Culinary Arts Professional Cookery. I also received a certificate in Food Safety from the Environmental Health Association of Ireland. I specialise in Aruyveda Cooking techniques using herbs and spices to bring out the true flavour of my food.
