A few pictures from the class I taught this morning here in Varakala, India,to a Danish Group led by .dk .We followed up our class with a visit and tour of the local temple in Varkala. A beautiful morning combining our Yoga practice with the spiritual experience of this beautiful temple 🙏Om Shanti
Local Devi (Female Godess) Temple Festival today. The deity is taken from the temple and paraded through the village once a year. Temple Festival season coming to an end now...
