Oh Jesus! (translation OMGGGGGGG)😅! Dear family, we are under the effect of a very intense wave of Cosmic Radiation. They could have felt in previous days (since Sunday) some of its effects on the nervous system and the whole body but today it is even stronger. So you may be feeling palpitations, anxiety (which is not anxiety it is electrical overload in the nervous system), lack of balance, a lot of pressure in the head, dryness or irritation in the eyes, "tense" muscles cramps or "here and there" pains, pain in the eyes, buzzing in the ears or as if they were underwater, want to "run out" or as if something "bad" was going to happen, a hole in the stomach, want to cry without anything that justifies it, a lot of sleep, need to isolate and not want to know anything about the world to not have to process information through the senses. Some of you might also feel like you’re “out of your body” or you’re not completely present and have a hard time reacting safely to the material world, something like “I don’t know where I am or what I’m doing.” Beware of the stories your mind tells you, the negative thoughts that separate you either from the Supreme Power, life itself or "others" because it is an attempt by your inferior being to keep you repeating the same patterns. Do "Earth" as your intuition tells you, it may serve you to say: let me see what the best way to balance my electric charge right now so that my body can maintain balance. We always have assistance and companionship to overcome this process and adapt to a different reality with a much greater energetic availability to which we were accustomed to, we just have to ask for it with sincerity and humility. They don't resist or get scared, even though they already know that they should seek medical assistance if their symptoms are very strong or if they are constantly increasing. 🙏

Pudieron haber sentido en días anteriores (desde el domingo) algunos de sus efectos en el sistema nervioso y en todo el cuerpo pero hoy es aún más fuerte.
